A Decent Hotel with a Few Hiccups
central location friendly staff ill-fitting linens worn furniture
The hotel's location was definitely a highlight for me. I found it was close to major attractions, a very short walk. The staff was very friendly and helpful . They promptly addressed my requests and provided useful information about the area.
I had some issues with the room upon arrival. The linens did not fit the bed properly and seemed quite worn. It took some time to get the correct linens from the front desk, a hassle. I had to make the bed myself.

convenient location free coffee old furniture bad linens
the location was super convenient to get around i found. i also liked that free bottles of water were provided daily in the rooms. a free coffee machine was available all day and night in the lobby too. it reminded me of a nice bonus.
the restaurant furniture was old. i thought it needed some repair. plus, the linens for the bed were not in a good condition

quiet area friendly staff helpful staff good location
the hotel has a very good location near attractions and tram stops. it is still quiet and not too busy. the staff was friendly and helpful. they told me about clothes i forgot after i checked out, and i got them later.
the restaurant furniture looked a bit old, and it seemed like it needed some fixing or replacing.

the room i had included a television with many channels. the air conditioning worked really well, so the temperature was always nice. there was also a mini-fridge, useful for keeping drinks cold.

breakfast had good variety and quality. i saw many choices for food in the restaurant. the atmosphere felt nice when i was eating, it felt relaxing after exploring the city.

the staff helped me learn about istanbulkart. they explained how it works and why its useful. i found this information very helpful when i went sightseeing and using public transport around the city.

the hotel garden looked nice. it had a really nice atmosphere during dinner one night. i saw other guests enjoying themselves in the garden too, so it seems popular for relaxation.
